What PhasmaStrap is

PhasmaStrap is a free, open source launcher for Roblox on Windows. It downloads Roblox, starts it with the settings you choose, and adds features around it. You can read every line of it on GitHub.

It is not Roblox

• PhasmaStrap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation. Roblox is their trademark, not ours.
• Using PhasmaStrap does not change your agreement with Roblox. Their Terms of Use and Community Standards still apply to everything you do in Roblox, and you are responsible for following them.
• We cannot help with anything that happens to your Roblox account. That is between you and Roblox.

Using it sensibly

• Don't use PhasmaStrap to break Roblox's rules, to interfere with other players, or to do anything illegal.
• Don't present a modified PhasmaStrap as the real one, and don't distribute builds that pretend to be ours.
• Don't attack this website or its server, or try to reach other people's accounts or data.
• Settings that change how the Roblox client runs, such as FastFlags and mods, are yours to choose. Some of them can make Roblox unstable or look wrong. Turn them off if something breaks.

Accounts

• A PhasmaStrap account is optional. Everything in the app works without one.
• Keep your own Discord and Roblox accounts secure. Anyone who can sign in as you can see what your account holds.
• Ask in the Discord server and we will delete your account and everything attached to it.
• We can close an account that is being used to attack the service or other people.
• What we store, and what we don't, is set out on the privacy page.

No promises

• PhasmaStrap is provided as it is, free, with no warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk.
• We don't promise it will keep working. Roblox changes often, and an update can break things until they are fixed.
• The update server and this website may go down, and features that need them will stop until they are back.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using PhasmaStrap, including a broken install, lost settings or anything that happens to your Roblox account.

The software itself

PhasmaStrap is open source and built on Bloxstrap. Its licence is in the repository and it governs what you may do with the code. These terms cover using the app and this website, not the source.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did. If a change matters, it will be mentioned in the Discord server.
